wow, I’m having palpitations!! I’m a little excited… I’ve just finished writting up a price grid for my soon to be digital SCRAP FOR HIRE business!! wow. It’s making it all seem SO much more real! All I need now is a response from my favorite printing cie ScrapbookPictures.com. All I need to know is if I can send directly from them to the customer, or if I have to have it shipped to me, then re-ship it to it’s proper owner! (talk about shipping charges!!) But still, they have a VERY good low rate for shipping, so I don’t think it would be a problem to re-ship too.

I may also have… get this… a first customer!!! A very good friend of mine contacted me TODAY! to get an idea of prices (which I had JUST started to think about this week) and sorta had to, what would be the english term… hatch, a pricing grid! LOL, the french expression is close, but it wouldn’t make as much sense! “pondre une liste de prix” = ” lay a price list” (As in laying an egg!!) lol. ok, enough funny business, I’m trying to be serious here! Well, thanks to this dear friend, I now have that list. wow.
First I should lay out the specifics, right?

1. 3 sizes available: 12×12; 8×8; 6×6
2. Qty: either per page (1-4) or pkg of 5. additional pages to be a reduced price after 5. If we get to 10 or 12, I have better pricing for those too
3. um, there is no 3!! lol

I’ll post my pricing later this week, too nervous to post them yet! And when I officially start this up, I’ll go with a BANG and get a nice special for the first customers! But first, I should promote my weblog and get people to read it! lol I think it would be best with word of mouth. So…

Know ANYONE that wants a scrapbook for family, children or a special event but don’t have the time nor the know-how to get it done the way they like? Then direct them to me!

oh, sounds like it’s the mid-nap moans. lol, she always wakes up half way through, cries out and *hopefully* will fall back to sleep as usual. But we all know there is NOTHING usual with a toddler aorund!

EDIT: YAY! My fav printing place said (now THAT was fast reply to my question!) that I can indeed send directly to each person! double YAY! This guy is awesome, any questions I’ve had ’til now have always been promptly answered. VERY satisfied with their service.
