Hopefully I’ll get to write and post this before nap time is over. Although she seemed to think it was over at 2pm… um, no dear. Once she calmed down she started singing (her usual way of waking up rested) and now… silence. What’s happened… part 2 of nap time? dunno, but I’ll take it!

This morning was a FIASCO of a morning. First of all, I realised last night (thanks to Yannick, my sweet husband) that my dentist appt was NOT friday like I’ve been thinking for the past 2 weeks, but today! At 8:20AM. So, we bundle the wee one and dash off for me to have a fun time there! It WAS a fun tie actually when I realised it would probably be the only time I could lay down and do nothing all day! lol

The fun starts when we leave, I pay, get the diaper bag and we’re off. Drop Yannick off at work, then decide to do some shopping since we,re close to a place I’ve been meaning to go (which is a half hour from home by car). Get there, get É unstrapped, take the diaper bag and my purse…no purse… look under seat, under diaper bag and scarf, IN diaper bag… nothing. Put child back in seat (of which she is NOT happy) drive BACK to the dentist. No purse. Drive to where we parked… no purse. After calling my husband AND the dentist again, I realise I don’t remember putting it IN the car, but I had it walking TO the car. Seeing as I’m not in the habit of throwing it on the ground, it dawns on me that I left it ON the car!! So I drive all the way back to my hubby’s work analyzing every scrap I see on the street incase someone ran over it. Nothing. I go back home with that dreadfull feeling that something BAD has happened and I can do NOTHING.

This story does have a happy ending though, someone found it. Yes, indeed, a VERY honest and nice lady that works in the same building as my dentist. The door in FRONT! SO, guess where we’re going when nap is over. yes, back in the car! lol I’m just happy I don’t have to cancel my cards, again. This has happened before, I think the tally is at 6-7 times in as many years. Twice was I robbed (like 5-10$ maybe) so I’m VERY lucky!

I’m also trying to print business cards (to leave in there in case, no, WHEN I lose it again) but the color is just NOT coming out right. Oh well, it’ll have to wait until tonight. Seems someone KNOWS nap is over
