The HIGH of running

Just back from having the most fulfilling run I’ve had yet. Probably didn’t know this yet, but I run 3 times a week (at least I try!), part of my training regimen (to lose all that baby weight ;) ). It really is a high. You sorta get a buzz near the end where you feel like you’ve let go of EVERYTHING that was weighing on you that day. It’s VERY relaxing. I must take this time to PROFOUNDLY thank my fellow blogger, digi-scrapper, mom, friend and probably the best digi designer I know, Andrea*. THANK YOU! She’s the one that inspired me to do this when she finished a 5K race last summer. It really pushed me to WANT to achieve that too (although I broke my foot the following week or something, so that didn’t workout! lol) But I dedicate today’s 30 minute 4.5 mile an hour run to her!

And you’ve guessed it, after a 2 hour workout, I’ve NO time to work on my business cards. I just want to feel clean and lay my head on my pillow!!

I’m probably going to post those prices tomorow. Again, I need to find a way to get people to read this blog… Maybe I can ask a fellow blogger of mine… lol Anyone have any ideas? How can I get publicity for this type of business? I mean it’s not like I can direct it to fellow scrappers, they do it all themselves already. It’s for people that WANT the end product but either have no time to do it themselves or don’t know how to do it themselves… Hopefully the answer will come in my sleep, it sometimes does!
