Yep, it’s true. I’m a procrastinator. I love to put things off until the very last minute, so here I am, writing this post instead of getting ready for the gym, cleaning up the kitchen (well, bbq!) and bringing the clothes upstairs

I would have a layout to show off, but 2 things prevent me from doing so, 1. I’m not satisfied with it, and 2. I need to get some permissions from mommy’s in my mommy group. Maybe THAT is what I should be doing then I scrapped a picture of our babies sitting in a park in Chicago. Now THAT was a great vacation, as I lumbered around with my neon blue cast!! Yes, I went ahead on a trip with a baby (lucky me, my husband was there to help!) with my right leg in a cast, which I had broken a foot bone barely a month prior. Happily, by then it was already mostly healed and it is feeling FINE today In any event, seeing as the picture isn’t only of my own child, I feel I need to ask these sweet ladies for their permission before I splatter the net with their beautiful offspring’s picture

Rest assured, this will be soon, well, as soon as they respond

Seeing as my dear sweet sweet child (just a TAD sarcastic here :P) only slept for a half hour today (instead of at least 2!!) lets just say I didn’t get much done in any department, except clothes folding, which she had a ball helping me with. She also REFUSED to eat her lunch but kept saying she was hungry. Too bad sweety, eat what I put in front of you, or at the very least a couple bites of anything. But nope. Well, to bed she went. We spent a VERY trying hour after she was up because she wouldn’t swallow the ONLY bite of pasta I gave to her and was crying because she also didn’t want me to poke in her mouth to get it (she has a sensitive gag reflex) SO, she spent a good half hour crying letting drool fall out of her mouth with bits of pasta until she finally let me take out most of it with a tissue. THEN she STILL wouldn’t swallow! Sheesh. She did indeed end up swallowing, but man, what an ordeal. But I have to say, she ate like a champ at supper. She wanted more hot-dog (yes! yummy flavorful bbq’ed HOT DOGS!) but we we’re all out So she had a whole navel orange to herself to top her off!!

ANYway, better get going, bath time with daddy is almost over and I need to make sure her diaper covers are upstairs. Oh AND supervise the cloth diapering (we’re not using them really, we’re using them to double her overnight diapers which she leaks out of like she hadn’t peed all day!) Oh and she was SOAKED this morning WITH the cloth diaper! lol. Poor kid. We even stopped giving her a drink before bed, but it’s not helping!!

okie then, hopefully I haven’t scared all of you away with my fun fun stories of my cute kid. She has her moments Like taking out ALL the books from her bookshelf and flipping through the pages one book at a time until there we’re none left, all this while walking around in her sandals, because she’s totally smitten with them

ok, someone is quacking to her bedroom, time to get going
