Wow, it’s getting hot in here!! MY goodness, it’s not even June and it’s feeling like July! My poor girl is having a hard time transitioning and has a head cold to top it off (which she so graciously gave to mommy and daddy as of last night ) There’s really nothing worse than feeling sick in hot weather, it just seems to amplify the “ugh” feeling. That and she actually started SAYING “NO” last night! How funny is it that she would start SAYING it right after I posted that she couldn’t That’ll teach me to type things like that

So I just spent the last hour posting and commenting at TheDigiChick. Wow, is it ever time consuming! AND, so I don’t become the “post a layout and leave” girl, I’m trying VERY hard to post and participate a little in all the galleries I post to, but It’s not very realistic For example, I DO post over at 2 PEAS, but it’s just such a BIG site, that even if I tried, I don’t think I COULD keep up with anything! Just keeping up with news over at ScrappersDailyDose is something too! I have to remind myself, that for ME, this is just a hobby. Not a JOB. My JOB, is my daughter and these days, she wants ALL of my attention! Well, I would too if I we’re sick… which I am

Anyways, she’ll hopefully sleep another hour at least and we’ll be out the door again or watching a movie in the basement where it’s relatively cooler. Housework … Nah… ;)I’ve got 2 layouts to go and 3 days, minus gym tomorrow night. And since I skipped it this weekend in honor of my GREAT long lost friend’s visit (LOVE this girl, will post about it more next time!), I’m not skipping it tomorrow. Anyways, so check back in soon, I should have something new posted tonight!!
